Children’s bulletproof vests are now manufactured in Lviv
Lviv Defence Cluster launched production of children’s bulletproof vests that will be used for evacuation.
The vest weights up to 2 kg. Available in 3 sizes for children of all age groups. Made of imported ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene that provides soft ballistic protection. Has bright colors and reflective ribbons. GPS tracker will be added later.
A set of bulletproof vest and helmet costs about 1.500 USD. First 30 sets will be sent to Donetsk region to evacuate children.
