Focus on regions. Borshchahivka, Vyshneve, Boiarka

Sofiivska Borshchahivka is located in Kiev region, Kiev-Sviatoshyn district. De iure it is a village, and de facto it is a modern township quite similar to European ones. Lot and lots of young families residing in residential quarters named Cozy, Velvety, Sunny, European, Barselona, etc. enjoy high standards of living. Children’s stores on the ground floors with products affordable merely for tightly-filled purses are creatively designed especially for them. While mothers are deciding whether to buy or not to buy, their kids are staring at fish bowls and wall paintings or playing.

We have met both longtime BABY EXPO exhibitors and visitors and potential newcomers. We have replenished our database with over 20 contacts.

Boiarka is a town under regional jurisdiction, which is populated with over 35 thousand people. It is being built with new residential quarters, but is quite short of kindergartens and kids’ stores. We have counted just three: two clothing stores and one toy store.

Vyshneve is located just 15 km from Kiev, so it is also short of children’s stores. Two new residential quarters named Aquarelles 1 and Aquarelles 2 are being actively built, so let’s hope that the situation will change for the better very soon, because our children should have the best.
