Business intensive course. Day 3

Business intensive course. Day 3

Today’s number of attendees aged under 35 was larger than those in two previous days. Today’s topic Sales of Complex Products and Services attracts much interest from both experienced and startup entrepreneurs.

What is the meaning of complex products and services? How to create a demand for complex products and services? How to sell expensive solutions to people with rather small income?

The most of these questions were answered by Arsen Altunian, Sales Executive of GeniusMarketing. He told that middle-level managers can quickly become top-level ones by using correct sales scripts. He pointed that customers start with buying managers and end with buying products, so managers need to be properly trained. He also shared some useful tips and mentioned a fact that men customers are guided by reason and emotion at the ratio of 1:4 and women customers at the ratio of 4:1.

Anton Kaspirovych, Head of Consulting Department of Business Constructor company, followed on by giving instructions on adaptation of trainee managers by experienced good-performing ones.

Oleksand Koval, founder of Avtokrisla.сom (sales of prams, strollers and car seats), shared his experience in starting a business and building a management team. His colleagues Ihor Dudnyk and Ihor Hudym told how to become a market leader in advertising, financial, and coaching issues.

All speakers took part in the discussion about meeting customer’s expectations. Everyone has his personal view on customer management. For instance, Anton Kaspirovych believes that customers who have everything just need some emotions. Oleksandr Koval considers that sellers of prams, strollers and car seats have no deal with emotions; their priorities are reliability, durability and comfort.
