Services for exhibitors

The EXHIBITOR has the right to engage a third-party organization (BUILDER) for the construction of an individual stand or to construct the stand independently. In order to implement the laws of Ukraine and normative acts on labor protection, industrial sanitation, fire safety, ensuring the safety of participants, visitors and staff, as well as the preservation of property, mandatory accreditation of Builders – enterprises applying for installation and dismantling of exhibition stands is introduced stands and organizational and technical service during exhibition events on the territory of the International Exhibition Center. Accreditation is granted upon the availability of a full list of documents and certificates that confirm the possibility of performing these works properly in accordance with the terms of accreditation. Obtaining accreditation is a mandatory condition for carrying out work on the territory of the International Exhibition Center. Enterprises and companies that do not have accreditation are prohibited from carrying out work on the territory of the International Exhibition Center.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ACCREDITATION 1. Copies of registration documents of the developer enterprise, certified by a seal: registration certificate, certificate of assignment of the EDRPOU code, VAT payer certificate, legal and actual address, telephones, fax, e-mail address, etc.). 2. Extract from the Charter of the enterprise confirming the right to conduct exhibition activities. 3. A copy of the order on the appointment of responsible persons (excerpt from the minutes of the general meeting of the developer), certified by a seal. 4. Certificate of availability of qualified personnel with work experience: installers, electricians, technical managers (architects, designers). 5. Certificate of certification of installation personnel: – electricians – permit for electrical installation work, permit for safety engineering; – installers – safety permit, permit to work at heights. – exhibition equipment, including furniture and electrical equipment, as well as the necessary packaging; – lifting and transport mechanisms; – other technical tools. 6. Certificate of availability of equipment certificates: – certificate of the manufacturing company for all parts of the equipment; – fire certificates (flammability level for individual materials); – hygienic certificate for plastics, fiberboard, chipboard, etc.
